Minisend is a cross-chain stablecoin settlement layer for Africa. There is no
subscription, no monthly platform fee, and no minimum balance.

## How to get a rate

**Minisend does not publish a rate card. Email info@minisend.xyz and the sales
team will quote pricing for your use case and volume.**

Rates are set per account, so a quote is the only accurate answer. What is fixed
regardless of the quote:

Whatever the quoted rate, you see the fee and the live exchange rate on screen
before you confirm, so the local-currency amount you receive is known in
advance. There is no second spread applied after the quote.

On-ramp (local currency in, USDC out) is currently live for KES via M-Pesa and
Airtel Money, delivering USDC on Base or Celo. More African markets are in
active expansion.

An expired order incurs no charge.

## Supported assets and chains

- Tokens accepted: USDC and USDT, to a single `0x` address that is the same on
  every chain below. No bridging, no chain switching, no wrapped tokens.
- USDC — 19 EVM chains: Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Codex, EDGE, Ethereum,
  HyperEVM, Ink, Linea, Monad, Morph, Optimism, Plume, Polygon, Sei, Sonic,
  Unichain, World Chain, XDC.
- USDT — 14 EVM chains: ADI, Arbitrum, Aurora, Avalanche, Bera, BNB Chain,
  Ethereum, Gnosis, Monad, Optimism, Plasma, Polygon, Scroll, XLayer.
- On-ramp delivery: USDC on Base or Celo; USDT on Celo.

## Yield on idle balances

- Rate: up to 4.59% APY on USDC held in a Minisend Wallet.
- Fee to enable: $0. No staking step, no protocol to select, no lock-up.
- The balance stays spendable and can be cashed out at any time. The current APY
  is always visible in the wallet.

## For developers and businesses

- Price: $0/month. No platform subscription. Conversion pricing is quoted by
  the sales team — email info@minisend.xyz.
- Products: hosted checkout, no-code payment links, off-ramp API, on-ramp API,
  and a Wallet API for issuing deposit addresses to your own users.
- The off-ramp is non-custodial: USDC moves from your wallet directly into
  settlement, and Minisend delivers the local-currency payout.
- API rate limits: 60 requests per minute per IP by default. Checkout creation
  30/min, off-ramp order creation and deposit submission 20/min each, on-ramp
  order creation 10/min, and 5 payment prompts per phone number per 10 minutes.

- Onboarding: KYB verification before live payouts. Incorporation documents,
  founder and director details, and proof of address dated within the last three
  months. Review typically completes within 2 business days.
